Update: Preliminary Hearing moved to Thursday, October 18th

Another delay in moving forward with the case to prosecute Tori’s biological parents. The district attorney made the decision to bring the coroner in for the preliminary hearing, so they needed to adjust the date for him/her to be available. Hopefully this is a positive decision that will help matters come Thursday.

We are also excited that Robin Sax from Fox 11 will once again be covering the event. She has been very supportive and will hopefully continue to cover this case throughout it’s duration. Thanks again Robin from all of us supporting Tori.

The Big Day is approaching….October 16, 2012 PRELIMINARY HEARING at Pomona Superior Court.

As many of you know the original hearing date was scheduled for September 20, 2012, but was moved to October 16, 2012. Kelli, Tori’s foster parent, has been subpoenaed to be a witness. We are hoping things start moving along, so someday soon there will be justice for Tori. Keep Tori, her foster parents (The Sedgewicks), and all of their supporters in your prayers. XO
